Ryan Tower

Ryan Tower is a 228.9 metres (751 ft) tall guyed mast on the Clifford Slope of Camp Fortune in Chelsea, Quebec, Canada. Erected in 1968, its top is 580 metres (1,900 ft) above sea level, making it the highest point in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and an easy-to-spot landmark.

The tower originally stood at the foot of the Carp Ridge in the town of Hazeldean, Ontario (present-day Kanata), and was disassembled in sections and relocated to its current location for superior coverage.

Today it stands as the 15th tallest guyed structure in Canada, providing a large portion of the Ottawa Valley's broadcast television and radio signals.
